摘要
经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术和冠状动脉旁路移植手术是治疗冠心病的主要方法 ,但如果病变发生在负责心肌灌注的小血管 ,上述方法是无能为力的。近年 ,血管新生疗法的出现 ,其作用机制不是解决血管的阻塞 ,而是利用血管生长因子刺激微小血管的新生 ,从而解决小血管病变的问题。目前用于治疗目的的血管生长因子主要有成纤维细胞生长因子和血管内皮生长因子。多直接或用其他载体间接将基因注入缺血的局部。动物和临床实验已经显示血管生长因子可以促进微血管的增生 ,改善组织供血和改善器官的功能
