摘要：

随着新型微创技术的不断进步,经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)和经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)已广泛的应用于临床多年,二者在治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)均是十分有效的治疗方式,PVP和PKP都明显的改善了骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折所致的顽固性腰背痛的症状和功能,提高了患者生活质量,本文就PVP/PKP手术及临床研究进展做一综述。
