摘要：

<正>缺血性脑卒中的早期神经功能恶化(early neuro-logical deterioration,END)是指神经功能恶化发生在发病的48或72h内[1],约占缺血性脑卒中的1/3[2]。它是相对于发生更晚的晚期神经功能恶化而言的,二者有不同的发病机制。END与血流动力学及新陈代谢等因素的关系非常密切,是进展性脑卒中(progres-sive stroke,PS)的一部分(PS还包括因出血性脑卒中病情加重而出现的神经功能恶化),而晚期神经功能恶化常归因于系统的并发症,如感染及脑卒中复发。关于END的时间及程度的界定,尚未达成一致,有文献认为在起始的
