“醒脑开窍”针刺法对脑缺血大鼠脑皮质UCH-L1表达的影响

摘要
目的:探讨脑缺血大鼠皮质泛素C末端水解酶L1(UCH-L1)的表达以及"醒脑开窍"针刺法的干预作用。方法:采用大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型并通过western blotting方法检测醒脑开窍针刺组、对照组、模型组,假手术组UCH-L1的表达。结果:6h时,醒脑开窍针刺组、对照组和假手术组与模型组相比较UCH-L1的表达都降低,醒脑开窍针刺组减低最明显;24h时,醒脑开窍针刺组和对照组与模型组比较仍有显著的降低。结论:UCH-L1可能参与脑缺血损伤,"醒脑开窍"针刺法能够拮抗大鼠脑缺血后UCH-L1的高表达,效果优于传统针刺法。
