无模板剂超声波辐射法快速合成纳米复合型微孔分子筛

摘要
在60℃、无模板剂条件下,采用超声波辐射法快速合成了纳米复合型A/X微孔分子筛。对合成的样品进行了XRD、BET、TEM、FTIR表征。XRD结果表明,在低温、无模板剂条件下,超声波辐射20 min就能合成纳米复合型A/X分子筛。BET结果表明,合成样品的外比表面为121.14 m2/g,微孔的比表面为257.70 m2/g。TEM结果表明,晶粒呈球型且均匀,粒径约为10 nm。证明样品的孔结构规整,骨架结构完善,晶粒小且分散性好。
