<正>肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种以腹痛或腹部不适伴排便习惯改变为特征的功能性肠病,该病缺乏可解释症状的形态学改变和生化异常。根据大便性状分为:腹泻型IBS、便秘型IBS、混合型IBS及未分型IBS,其中以腹泻为主型,最常见。据统计,美国和欧洲人群中的IBS患病率为9%～22%,以中青年居多[1]。IBS是
