乳腺癌保乳手术术后患者心理状况分析

摘要：

目的:比较乳腺癌保乳手术与常规改良根治手术术后患者心理社会状况的差异。方法:应用临床心理问卷(EPQ,SCL-90)评定经乳腺癌保乳手术患者在人格特征、应付方式及心身健康的状况,共35例;并与40例经常规改良根治手术患者相比较。结果:保乳手术组术后SCL-90除恐怖因子外其他因子评分均高于改良根治手术组,具有显著性差异;EPQ评分中N分、消极应付方式均分显著高于对照组,E分、积极应付方式均分则显著低于对照组,两组间P与L分值无显著性差异。结论:保乳手术对乳腺癌患者术后的心理社会状况有改善作用。
