工作家庭冲突研究的新视角:经验取样法

摘要
经验取样法作为工作压力研究的全新视角,已经引起组织管理研究者的广泛关注。研究首先对工作家庭冲突的国内外研究现状进行梳理。其次,系统介绍了经验取样法的先进性及实施过程,全面整理了经验取样法的研究现状,并对其运用到工作家庭冲突领域的可行性进行述评。最后指出了经验取样法的局限性,并对未来该领域的研究方向进行了展望。
