<正>原发性肝癌(PHC)包括肝细胞癌(HCC)和肝内胆管细胞癌(CC),是由肝细胞或肝内胆管上皮细胞发生的恶性肿瘤,高发于我国东南沿海地区,病死率在恶性肿瘤中居第三位[1],全世界每年平均约有25万人死于肝癌,且男性多于女性。PHC的病因和发病机制尚未完全明确,可能与病毒性肝炎、肝硬化和饮用水污染等因素有关。目前,以肝切除术为代表的手术治疗是最有效的治疗方法[2],同时还有局
