<正>近年来,随着恶性肿瘤、血液病、HIV及接受免疫抑制剂治疗的器官移植及自身免疫病等免疫抑制宿主的增多,肺部真菌感染的发病率急剧上升。而抗原检测、聚合酶链反应、血清学诊断、CT和正电子发射断层显像(PET)、支气管镜、纵隔镜和胸腔镜下活检等新的诊断技术和方法的发展,使肺部真菌感染的确诊率有了很大提高。与此同时,伏立康唑、泊沙康唑、两性霉素B含脂制剂和棘白菌素等新抗真菌药物的出现,为医生提供了更多有效和安
