产业集群中非正式交流影响知识流动的实证研究

摘要：

非正式交流带来知识溢出是产业集群的外部性之一。本文对相关文献做了简要的概述,提出了一系列的假设命题,通过对苏州两个产业集群中骨干员工的问卷调查,对非正式交流的内容、形式和所传播知识的价值等做了实证研究。调查发现,通过非正式的交流,员工们的确获得了有价值的知识。
