反复热性惊厥对大鼠学习记忆的影响及其机制

摘要
目的 观察热性惊厥对学习记忆的影响及其与海马苔藓纤维发芽的关系。方法 采用热水浴诱导惊厥模型 ,诱导生后 2 2dSD大鼠发生 15次热性惊厥。采用Morris水迷宫方法检测大鼠惊厥后近期和远期 (3个月后 )空间学习记忆能力 ;采用Timm染色观察海马颗粒细胞苔藓纤维发芽现象。结果 热性惊厥组大鼠在惊厥后早期和 3个月后的寻找平台潜伏期均较对照组明显延长。Timm染色显示惊厥 15次大鼠海马区有明显的苔藓纤维发芽现象 ,持续至 3个月后。结论 反复热性惊厥可造成学习记忆损伤 ,海马苔藓纤维发芽可能是其发生的潜在基础
