摘要：

目的:比较富血小板血浆与透明质酸关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、Embase、万方等,截止2015年2月,用Rev Man 5.3行统计分析。结果:纳入9篇文献,结果显示PRP组治疗后WOMAC、IKDC评分均优于HA组,两组治疗后6个月Lequesne指数比较差异无统计学意义。结论:关节腔PRP注射疗效优于HA注射。
