<正> Ultra-precision machining is one of the high technologies developed in recent decades, which has been widely used in astronautical engineering and computer engineering, and so on. It is well known that diamond tools can not be used in precision machining ferrous metals under normal conditions, becuse its wear rate is toc high to be accepted.
