解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06对环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要
通过连续3 d腹腔注射免疫抑制剂环磷酰胺(CTX)建立BALB/c小鼠免疫抑制模型,研究解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06对其体液和细胞免疫功能的影响。结果表明:相比对照组,CTX会显著降低小鼠血清抗体滴度、溶血空斑数、吞噬细胞呼吸爆发活性及单核巨噬系统廓清指数K(P<0.01),降低其体液和细胞免疫功能;同时显著提高小鼠脾脏CD3+、CD4+细胞数和CD4/CD8(P<0.01),降低Th1和Tc1细胞数(P<0.01),抑制细胞免疫反应,但对NK细胞杀伤活性和淋巴细胞增殖功能无影响(P>0.05);解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06能显著提高CTX降低的吞噬细胞呼吸爆发活性及单核巨噬系统廓清指数K(P<0.01),其他体液和细胞免疫指标相比CTX组无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上结果说明,解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06对免疫抑制小鼠的体液及细胞免疫功能起到部分恢复和增强功能。
