摘要
20世纪60年代,随着轻便的视频设备的出现,视频引入到教师教育,从此开启了基于视频的教师教育计划。基于视频的教师学习,成为在职教师从实践中学习的新方式,它以多重表征的方式真实再现现实,为教师重观、反思课堂实践提供不可替代的第一手资料,教师在围绕视频展开讨论和交流的过程中,提高了他们专业洞察力和批判性反思能力,从而促进了教师的专业发展。本论文系统地整理了目前国际上有关教师利用视频学习的三方面研究内容,即视频如何支持教师学习,教师如何从视频中学习,不同的视频材料如何影响教师学习。这些研究结论,为今后的教师教育以及如何在专业发展计划中有效整合不同视频进而优化教师学习效果提供了新的可借鉴思路和研究方向。
