开展“骨折联络服务”,减少再发骨折

摘要：

为减少脆性骨折后再次骨折的发生,2012年国际骨质疏松基金会倡导的"攻克骨折"行动得到了广泛响应,通过落实了骨折联络服务(Fracture Liaison Service,FLS)项目在全球的推行。近期效果评价显示FLS项目的实施,不但能有效地提高脆性骨折患者骨质疏松症的检出率、治疗率和药物依从性,还可有效减少再发骨折,提高患者生活质量。FLS是一项效价比高的骨质疏松骨折服务体系,值得在我国建立和推广。
