环境因子及不同附着基对浒苔孢子附着的影响

摘要
进行了温度、光照和盐度等环境因子以及尼龙绳和竹竿2种附着基对浒苔(Ulva prolifera)孢子附着率影响的研究,以期为浒苔防治措施的制定提供科学依据。结果表明,在相同的环境条件下,浒苔孢子在尼龙绳上的附着率均高于其在竹竿上的附着率,但是随着环境因子的变化,浒苔孢子附着率在2种附着基上变化趋势一致,最佳附着温度为25℃,最适盐度为25,较适附着的光照强度范围为2 000~4 000lx。
