社会参与、信任类型与精神健康:基于CGSS2005的考察

摘要：

社会参与可以产生很多有利于个体主观精神健康的积极因素,其中很重要的一点就是提升了人们对他人的信任水平。利用CGSS 2005城市部分的数据,我们发现,不同类型的社会参与活动的确能够培养对一起参加这一活动的个体的"特殊信任"。这一发现表明,在当代中国社会,随着人们社会交往范围的扩大,个人在构建"自己人"内涵的时候会将社会活动中形成的"边界"考虑进来,从而带来不同于过去"家庭内—家庭外"这样简单的二元区分。从这个意义上讲,社会活动的参与的确带来了个体"特殊信任"建构的多样化。但是,本研究也发现,社会参与不能够和一般信任水平之间建立显著的联系。与之同时,在不同类型的信任与精神健康水平之间,机构信任,对同学、同事以及同乡的信任,以及一般信任却能够显著地提高个体的精神健康状态。与之相比,其他类型的信任却并不能够有效地提升个人的精神健康水平。
