氟斑牙的危害因素除与水中氟化物的含量、氟化物的应用、营养及饮食、氟化物的暴露时间有关外 ,还与母乳喂养时间、居住地的海拔高度、环境污染、父母所受教育的程度、社区健康保健服务等水平有关。另外 ,牙医的学识水平、个人卫生生活习惯、家庭经济状况等因素对氟斑牙的发病也有一定的影响。随着社会的发展 ,氟化物的暴露因素日趋增多 ,对氟化物应用的卫生政策应因地制宜
