摘要：

本文首先介绍了情绪调节的定义和发展概况,然后分别介绍了情绪调节的生理学研究和脑功能成像研究,特别关注了"重评估"这种典型的"先行调节"方式和"抑制"这种典型的"反应调节"方式,文章最后对情绪调节的研究现状进行了总结分析,提出了今后的研究方向。
