专利视角下的技术扩散研究综述

摘要：

专利是发明技术的重要载体,专利间引用是一个重要且可测度的发明技术扩散途径。从专利角度对技术扩散概念进行了阐述;将基于专利的技术扩散研究总结为六类,对每类中的理论和专利分析方法等进行了较为全面的评述,指出了目前研究中存在的不足;最后对未来研究的内容和方向进行了展望。
