摘要：

相关实证研究表明,促使企业采用新技术以提高竞争力的重要因素是企业本身技术扫描能力;为了监测技术环境的变化,企业须要构建自身的技术扫描系统以寻找和获得技术资源。本文介绍技术环境的内涵以及技术扫描的关键活动,探讨了技术扫描模式;从技术信息的战略重要性和易理解程度两个维度出发,对结构化探索式技术扫描系统的构建做出分析;最后介绍战略技术扫描和一般技术扫描的不同之处。
