摘要
<正>随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断增加,预计到2050年,我国老龄人口的比例将从现在的12.5%增加到25%左右[1,2],即每四人中就有一名老年人,社会养老问题将会十分严重。衰老的重要特征之一是出现骨骼肌质量减少症(sarcopenia),导致老年人日常活动能力下降或生活不能自理,从而引发诸多社会问题。国外近20年的研究表明[3-7],虽然有氧运动和力量训练都能提高老年人的身体功能,但力量训练却是增加老年人肌肉质量及力量的主要手段;老
