屈螺酮炔雌醇的非避孕临床应用

摘要：

新型短效复方口服避孕药屈螺酮炔雌醇片(商品名:优思明)每片含0.03 mg炔雌醇和3 mg屈螺酮。其中屈螺酮是甾体类17α-螺内酯衍生物,具有强效的孕激素样活性、抗盐皮质激素和抗雄激素的药理学活性。优思明可产生高效的避孕作用,具有极好的周期控制作用和良好的安全性,此外还有改善高雄激素血症症状和缓解水钠潴留症状等额外益处,尤其在控制体质量和改善经前期综合征症状方面效果突出。作为一种新型复方口服避孕药,优思明具有良好的临床应用前景。
