摘要：

青少年腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)发病率不高,传统的开放手术虽然已经比较成熟、疗效确切,但其对腰椎肌肉软组织创伤较大、术后恢复时间较长、术后有可能出现腰椎节段不稳及顽固性下腰痛等并发症,从而影响手术远期疗效。随着脊柱外科技术及微创器械的发展,椎间孔镜手术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,很大程度上保护了脊柱的生物力学结构,维持了脊柱的稳定性。本文针对椎间孔镜手术目前在青少年椎间盘突出症患者的临床应用进行归纳总结。
