多维信息分类方法研究——以政府科技管理决策信息为例

摘要：

分析政府科技管理决策及其信息服务需求,提出政府科技管理决策信息需求及服务模型;运用层次聚类法,对科技管理类核心期刊内容进行划分,构造基于研究领域内容维度的分类表;运用比较归纳法对国内外科技管理部门、决策支撑部门信息分类进行归纳总结,找出共性和特点,形成多维分类表。在此基础上运用专家意见咨询法选择具有代表性科技管理类期刊并对聚类结果进行咨询和人工干预,修正聚类结果,形成面向政府科技管理决策的信息多维分类表。
