脊柱生物力学中有限元方法的应用与进展

摘要
有限元法是较新的脊柱生物力学研究方法,其与传统生物力学方法相互补充和验证的作用越来越受到重视。文章介绍近年来有限元方法的研究成果,阐述脊柱的各个解剖结构及整体在生理和病理状态下的生物力学特征,以及有限元分析设计手术器械的基本思路。
