摘要：

高血压脑出血具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高的特点。其治疗近年来虽无突破性进展,但对血肿扩大、脑水肿等方面的研究较多。现就脑出血后脑组织的损伤机制、血肿扩大原因及其毒性作用以及出血半暗带、局部脑血流改变、炎症反应等在脑水肿形成中的作用等方面对脑出血的病理生理学机制研究的新进展作一综述。
