摘要：

本文在查阅分析国外文献的基础上介绍了美国合作药物治疗管理的形成背景、发展历程、核心要素、在医院中的应用现状及其实施效果,以期为我国探索医院临床药学服务的管理模式提供启示。借鉴美国的经验,我国可通过合同式管理授予临床药师一定的药物治疗决策权,清晰划分临床药师与医师的医疗职责,并推广专科临床药师培训项目和职业认证制度,在风险评估的基础上尝试开设专科临床药师门诊服务。
