氨基葡萄糖对骨关节影响的临床研究进展

摘要
氨基葡萄糖是软骨组织的主要组成成分,关节氨基葡萄糖聚合物含量不足,可破坏软骨的完整性导致骨关节炎,氨基葡萄糖对骨关节炎的防治作用存在争议。本文综述了近5年氨基葡萄糖对骨关节影响的国内外临床研究,以阐明氨基葡萄糖在保护骨关节上的临床应用价值。氨基葡萄糖对运动员的关节软骨有一定保护作用,一定程度上可以缓解轻中度膝骨关节炎疼痛症状,改善轻度关节腔狭窄,持续使用1年以上,还可以延缓膝关节疾病进展。氨基葡萄糖副作用较小,具有良好的临床应用价值。
