零售商的能力与友善如何影响供应商的关系行为——基于信任理论的实证研究

摘要
本文以信任理论为基础,通过研究供应商对零售商的"能力信任""、善意信任"及"计算信任"如何单独及共同影响供应商对零售商的关系行为,来探讨零售商的能力与友善在供应商的关系行为决策中的作用。实证研究的结果指出,尽管零售商的能力会促进供应商对零售商的关系行为,但是具有能力而缺乏友善的零售商,却难以得到供应商的更多支持,即:零售商对供应商的友善度会强化其能力对供应商关系行为的影响。然而,当供应商确信零售商会因外界的约束而不实施机会主义行为时,友善在能力对关系行为的影响中所起到的调节作用会被显著地减弱。
