摘要：

对白藜芦醇的研究表明,它具有显著的调节血脂和改善脂质紊乱、抗氧化和清除自由基、促进NO生成和血管舒张、抑制类二十烷酸生成和血小板聚集、抑制多种炎症因子产生和炎症反应、以及植物雌激素活性等作用,从而发挥对心血管系统的保护作用,并可能成为心血管疾病防治的开发药物。
