全身振动训练对脑卒中患者躯干肌痉挛的影响

摘要
目的:探讨全身振动训练联合常规康复训练对脑卒中患者躯干肌痉挛的影响。方法:脑卒中躯干肌痉挛患者30例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练基础上结合全身振动训练。训练前、训练8周后,采用统一肌张力障碍评定量表(UDRS)、姿势控制能力评分(PASS)及改良Barthel指数(MBI)对两组患者躯干肌痉挛、姿势控制能力及ADL能力进行评估。结果:治疗8周后UDRS评级,PASS及MBI评分两组均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),两组间比较,观察组改善幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规康复治疗基础上结合全身振动训练,可明显改善脑卒中患者躯干肌痉挛,并提高患者的姿势控制及ADL能力。
