摘要
<正>抑郁症发病率高达16%,已成为当今社会人类健康的第二大杀手,极大地影响了人类的健康。氯胺酮是一种临床上常用的麻醉药,在小儿麻醉中应用尤其广泛。新近研究表明氯胺酮的抗抑郁作用确切,与传统抗抑郁药(氟西汀、舍曲林等)比较,具有起效快、作用时间较长、对难治型抑郁症疗效佳等特点。
