摘要：

研究确立了动物肌肉中四环素族药物多残留分析的基质固相萃取净化-酶联免疫分析方法,交叉反应分析表明其对每千克动物肌肉中四环素、土霉素和金霉素的检出限分别为8、8.5和70μg,回收率为80％～110％,是监控动物源性食品中四环素族多抗生素残留的优选方法。与常用的液相色谱法相比,此方法更简便、高效,能实现自动化和高通量分析。
