本文研究我国企业与跨国公司知识联盟的知识转移层次 ;知识联盟的知识系统 ;讨论了知识联盟中知识转移过程起主要作用的因素 ;研究我国企业如何利用与跨国公司的知识联盟参与竞争和发展自己的竞争优势 ;这对于我国企业如何利用与跨国公司建立知识联盟 ,获得先进技术和管理知识 ,迎接加入WTO的挑战具有重要意义。
