摘要
较之传统的皮下注射 ,胰岛素吸入治疗有方便、无痛、起效快的特点。临床试验证明胰岛素气雾剂能有效地降低空腹及餐后血糖 ,无明显的毒性反应 ,不影响使用者的呼吸功能。吸烟者吸入胰岛素气雾剂的生物利用度较非吸烟者显著升高。胰岛素气雾剂有望成为皮下注射胰岛素的一种替代方法
