摘要
细胞凋亡在体内稳态平衡、机体防御、老年及许多疾病的发生过程发挥重要作用。核转录因子 κB(nuclearfactor kap pa ,NF κB)是细胞内一种重要的核转录因子 ,它在细胞因子诱导的基因表达中起关键性的调控作用 ,并参与机体的免疫反应、防御反应等。近年来 ,NF κB在抗细胞凋亡中的作用及其机制是医学研究中的热点之一。本文将对NF κB、细胞凋亡及其两者的关系作一综述。
