急性胰腺炎血清降钙素原早期测定的临床意义

摘要：

【目的】探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)患者早期血清降钙素原水平对预后的影响。【方法】对126例患者按发病后20～24 h所抽血查血清降钙素浓度分为低浓度组,中浓度组,高浓度组3组,并对各组患者住院期间发生休克、弥散性血管内凝血、上消化道出血及病死率进行比较分析。【结果】高浓度组并发症发生率及病死率显著高于中浓度组,低浓度组无严重并发症。【结论】血清降钙素原可作为AP早期判断预后的指标。
