2型糖尿病大鼠血清和脂肪组织TNFα对针刺的反应

摘要
目的:探讨TNFα在2型糖尿病(T2DM)发病中的作用以及针刺对T2DM机体TNFα的影响。方法:给食源性肥胖大鼠腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)造成T2DM模型,随机分为针刺组、优降糖组和模型组治疗,4周后检测空腹血糖(FBS)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血清TNFα、脂肪细胞TNFα水平,并与正常组大鼠进行对照。结果:针刺组和优降糖组FBS较模型组显著降低,接近正常组水平;针刺组FINS明显低于模型组,接近正常组水平,优降糖组FINS水平低于模型组,但无显著性差异;模型组、优降糖组血清TNFα水平明显高于正常组,针刺组高于正常组但无显著性差异;模型组、优降糖组脂肪细胞TNFα的表达明显高于正常组和针刺组;针刺组脂肪细胞TNFα与正常组无显著性差异。结论:血清TNFα水平升高、脂肪细胞TNFα表达异常可能是T2DM的发病环节之一;针刺和优降糖可不同程度地降低T2DM大鼠血清TNFα水平、抑制脂肪细胞TNFα的表达,针刺对T2DM大鼠TNFα的调节作用优于优降糖。
