摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女常见的内分泌紊乱的疾病,文章回顾了PCOS中医"证"的代谢组学、脂质组学、多肽组学、糖组学等组学研究历程,分析比较了各种组学方法在PCOS"证"研究中的进展和差异,并结合本研究团队在PCOS痰湿证组学研究中的经验和体会,对PCOS中医"证"的组学研究进行了总结和探讨。提出了重视卵巢局部病理变化,合理运用多组学技术对PCOS"证"进行系统研究的设想。
