摘要：

<正>鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(squamous cell carcinoma antigen,SCCAg)是一种特异性很好而且是最早用于诊断和监测鳞癌的肿瘤标志物。最初于1977年从宫颈鳞癌组织中分离获得,它广泛存在于不同器官的正常组织和恶性病变的上皮细胞中。其血清水平检测常应用于多种器官鳞状细胞癌的诊断包括宫颈、头颈部、食管、肺和气管、泌尿生殖道和肛管部位的鳞癌以及预后、病情监测、疗效评价等。
