摘要：

海洋垃圾包括海漂浮垃圾、海滩垃圾和海底垃圾。本文对2011年在东中国海(ECS)实施的海洋垃圾的监测结果进行了分析,结果表明,漂浮大/特大块垃圾密度为11个/km2,漂浮中小块垃圾密度为1045个/km2,漂浮垃圾以塑料类(45%)为主,木制品和聚苯乙烯塑料类各占22%。海滩垃圾密度为31001个/km2,塑料类占49%,木制品类占17%。海底垃圾密度为0.03个/km2。87%的漂浮大块/特大块垃圾、100%的漂浮中小块垃圾、95%的海滩垃圾、100%的海底垃圾是因为人类的陆地活动产生,随后进入海洋的。ECS海洋垃圾密度远高于文献记载的全球其他地区的海洋垃圾密度。
