<正>术后胃瘫综合征(postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome,PGS)是胃十二指肠手术后常出现的一种早期并发症,是以术后胃动力紊乱、胃流出道非机械性梗阻为主要征象的一种功能性疾病。随着手术量的增加,发生率也相应增高,有报道胰十二指肠术后胃瘫的发生率可高达20%～50%[1]。胃
