摘要
醛糖还原酶(aldosereductase,AR)是聚醇代谢通路中的关键限速酶。70 年代,AR抑制剂(ARI)的研究成为糖尿病治疗研究领域的新热点。大量动物实验和临床研究表明,ARI可以有效地改善糖尿病患者聚醇代谢通路异常,从而达到预防与延缓糖尿病并发症的目的。本文主要就糖尿病并发症与聚醇通路的关系以及ARI的最新研究进展作一综述
