摘要
影响骨折愈合的因素有很多,应力和微动是常见的原因,其对骨折愈合的作用众说不一。本文就应力的作用机制、作用时机、应力的大小和方向及微动的方式、频率和幅度等及二者之间的联系的研究现状予以综述。
