摘要：

自从奥托·基希海默尔提出全方位政党概念以来,西方政治学家对全方位政党理论进行了持久而广泛的争论,并对该理论进行了适应性检验,从而形成了内容丰富的全方位政党理论,但是也有一些学者从不同方面批评全方位政党理论。更多的作者认为全方位政党理论反映了西方一些主流政党的现实,有一定的解释力,但是目前西方政党与政党体制出现的一些新变化影响了它的解释力。全方位政党理论不可能适应所有政党,尤其是对发展中国家的大多数政党不具有适应性。
