Urban and rural integration is effective way of current urbanization and the construction ofsocialist newcountryside in China at present. The success practice of urban and rural integration was carried out in Chengdu, that is Three Focus and the integration plan of urban and rural and the structural reform, the system innovation, has the model significance tourbanization development and the newcountryside construction.
