血浆同型半胱氨酸的含量与中青年脑梗死之间关系的探讨

摘要：

目的　探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸的含量与中青年脑梗死之间的关系以及血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度的影响因素。方法　检测 4 0例中青年脑梗死患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸 (hcy)的浓度 ;正常对照组 4 0例。结果　青年脑梗死患者血浆hcy高于青年对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,中年脑梗死患者血浆hcy高于中年对照组 ,青年脑梗死患者血浆hcy高于中年脑梗死患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。在中年组男女之间hcy的差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。青中年两组中高血压性脑梗死患者的hcy水平均高于同年龄组单纯脑梗死患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　hcy确实是脑梗死的一个重要发病因素 ,并且hcy对青年脑梗死的影响要大于中年人。雌激素水平对血浆hcy也有影响 ,高hcy血症与高血压性脑梗死有关
